The Aachen Graphene & 2D Materials Center welcome Prof. Sezin Tuta Şimşek, who will spend a seven month research staying at RWTH Aachen University, hosted by the Chair for Electronic Devices (ELD).
Prof. Sezin Tuta Şimşek is associate professor in the Food Engineering Department at the Çankırı Karatekin University (Turkey). Her research interests focus on adapting alternative and novel technologies to food processes. During her staying in Aachen, she will be working on the development of strain sensor with polymer-based substrates for food applications.
