Ms. Poonam Devi has joined the Chair of Electronic Devices for a nine-month research staying supported by a DAAD scholarship.
Ms. Devi is currently pursuing a Master in Materials Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, India. In Aachen, she will work on Master Thesis project, focusing on electronic devices based on transition metal dichalcogenides.
